Introduction
Enrolling means sending farmers from the Project Coordinator to the Platform. The Platform is Acorn’s source of truth. Once a farmer is enrolled, other activities in the organization, such as plot monitoring, CRU calculation, etc., can begin.
Requirements
- You need IT shop permissions to log in to your Supply Team Operator Portal.
- The project in which you want to enroll farmers should have completed farmer profiles that are ready to enroll. (Completed means all required data is valid.)
How to enroll data
- Log in to the Supply Team Operator portal.
- In the left navigation column, click “Enroll.”
- You’ll now see a list of completed farmer profiles.
- Select or de-select farmers you want to enroll via the checkboxes.
- At the bottom, click the orange ‘Enroll’ button to confirm the enrollment of the selected farmers.
- A pop-up will show; click ‘Enroll’ once more to confirm. A spreadsheet will download.
