Introduction

Enrolling means sending farmers from the Project Coordinator to the Platform. The Platform is Acorn’s source of truth. Once a farmer is enrolled, other activities in the organization, such as plot monitoring, CRU calculation, etc., can begin.

Requirements

How to enroll data

  1. Log in to the Supply Team Operator portal.
  2. In the left navigation column, click “Enroll.”
  3. You’ll now see a list of completed farmer profiles.
  4. Select or de-select farmers you want to enroll via the checkboxes.
  5. At the bottom, click the orange ‘Enroll’ button to confirm the enrollment of the selected farmers.
  6. A pop-up will show; click ‘Enroll’ once more to confirm. A spreadsheet will download.
