For Project Coordinators

<aside> 💡 Tip: Project Coordinators can invite themselves as Data Collectors to re-assign farmer profiles and help with data collection.

<aside> ⚠️ Important: Due to a temporary change, Project Coordinators that are invited in Production need to append “+dct” to their email adress. For example, [email protected] should sign up as [email protected]. We expect this to last until end of June.

Requirements

To follow these steps, you need:

• An activated account for the Project Coordinator Portal
• The email address of the Data Collector(s) you want to invite

Steps

1. Log in to the Project Coordinator Portal
2. In the left navigation bar, click ‘Data Collectors’
3. Click the orange button ‘Invite Data Collector’
4. Fill in their first name, last name, and email address to invite the Data Collector to the project.
5. Click ‘Invite’ to invite the Data Collector to the project.

Once invited, Data Collectors need to activate their accounts to get started.
