Introduction

Before diving into DCT, it's important to take care of permissions. This guide will help Supply Team Operators get access to the Supply Team Operator Portal.

Requirements

To access the portal, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Be connected to the Rabobank network (either be in-office or use VPN)
• Be able to open the IT shop

Steps

Follow these steps to request access:

1. Open the IT shop.
2. At the bottom of the page, select "Start a new request."
3. Search for "Acorn DCT."
4. Select the item called "Acorn DCT - Operator" and add it to your cart.
5. Submit your request.

Note that you'll need to wait for formal approval from your manager and a platform team colleague. Once approved, you'll receive an email from the IT Shop regarding your completely approved requests.
