For Supply Team Operators

Requirements

• You need IT shop permissions to log in to your Supply Team Operator Portal
• You need the email address of the Project Coordinator(s) you want to invite

Steps

• Log in to Supply Team Operator Portal
• If needed, create a new Local Partner
• If needed, create a new Project
• Select ‘Projects’ in the left navigation bar
• Select the Project you want to invite a Project Coordinator for
• Select the orange button ‘Invite Project Coordinator’
• Fill in the Project Coordinator first name, last name, and email address
• Click ‘Invite’ to invite the Project Coordinator to the project.

Once invited, Project Coordinators need to activate their accounts to get started.
